Pros:
- I am a forever advocate of mindfulness and positivity and I really find this helpful to those who are battling with pessimism.
- Thinking about the things that you are grateful for will surely boost up your mood in a day.
Cons:
- I see no cons for this app since it advocates positive and healthy thinking. Might check this one out
awesome review @smaeunabs ! it is 2.99 thats my only con personally, but you know, if you were going to buy a notebook or journal it would be at least that much right? haha
