Doing Wii's on a Saturday
For the past couple of days we have been talking about firing the Nintendo Wii up to play, when the family went to the Grandparents last week they played their one and enjoyed it.
So first i had to find the games and the actually console cords etc, i found the black Wii and all the cables i needed.
I soon realized our TV in the lounge does support AV connections, you know the red/yellow/white connections.
I went down town to a couple of places but they did not have any AV to HDMI adaptors, i drove another 15 minutes and found a place that had them - $40 NZD.
Here is my adaptor and i decided i should get some AA Batteries for the Wii fit board & controllers.
We have just been playing the Wii Fitness game and i just got told i have a Wii age of 57...WTF?
Apart from weeing in the lounge for the rest of day i may go for a bike ride later but we will see.

My daughter was trying to talk me into doing the same thing a couple of weeks back...you may have just inspired me. I'm normally stuck on College Football 25 on PS5 this time of year, though. Good that you were able to get what you needed locally to connect/power it; I've heard some stories from my friends who live in Australia that they sometimes have to wait weeks for something to ship from Asia.
The Wii has had a hammering since we hooked it up and everybody is getting into it.
