If I delegate 100SP or 15 dollars, would I receive a vote of 300 dollars?

No , we make STEEM Payments for over delegations
Yes I know you have Steem payment for over delegation
But what about the Tron part of over delegation rewards?
If you ever have both Steem and Tron parts of over delegation rewards, please let me know
