Because people can't upload posts exactly every 24 hours, The current system(voting 'after 24 hours' of previous vote) will see a gradual delay in the time of voting, So there will may be days voting is missing. It can be a negative factor in people's calculations of the return on UPEX.
I hope that the voting time standards of UPEX will be fixed as soon as possible like other services. I know it's hard, but I'll cheer for you. Then have a nice day. Thank you :)
Yes this was our conclusion as well, which is why we have decided to make the change. We are hoping to make the change in the next couple days, we will be sure to let everyone know when we do. :)
