Ha ha. I only do 5% when you only have a small payment pending. The 100% is for when you've got a larger payment pending. I thought a clever lad like you would've worked this out.

Large/small are relative. It's all large to me. It doesn't matter the 100% was like swatting flies with claymore mines. The downvotes were valued over $1 when the value of the posts were only $0.00. Soooooo...Must have thought you needed it for something, but from the looks of it, someone mistakenly added an extra zero.
My maximum downvote's only worth $0.21 and it's been a heck of a long time since I was able to do a maximum downvote. I think you're confusing me with somebody else.
