Public API of Spam List
The following is the API that exposes the list of "bad actors" on steem blockchain - which I'll downvote automatically.
The Bad Actors are farmers, phishers, usage of bad languages, or spammers for example:

So you admit here that you are responsible for spamming. Given the opportunity to prevent it, you choose to proliferate it. Let that sink in for everyone that follows you. You know a spam comment will be deleted unless you reply to it, you choose to reply with your own spam. This is a metaphor for everything you're doing right now. You're not making Steemit better. You're making it worse for your own profit. You are every kind of villain out there.
The looney logic of an arrogant kid. You're justifying your spamming because the crappy bot you wrote was supposed to delete your comments and repost it again 12 minutes later (in a lame attempt to irritate justyy) but couldn't because I made you look stupid instead. And boy, do you look stupid by spamming a post that had you listed as a spammer ripe for downvoting

Ha ha. I only do 5% when you only have a small payment pending. The 100% is for when you've got a larger payment pending. I thought a clever lad like you would've worked this out.
