HF21/22 - Cambios de pago y actualización de ToS
Con los cambios que traen los nuevos hard fork (s), MinnowBooster también está haciendo algunos cambios. Algunos sobre cómo funcionan nuestros pagos para votar a los vendedores, algunos sobre nuestros ToS.
Es importante recordar que con el nuevo grupo de votos negativos (downvote pool), las personas probablemente marcarán mucho más. No podemos reembolsar pérdidas debido a votos negativos, ya que son una herramienta para que la comunidad se regule a sí misma.

Cambios en el pago
Nuestra venta de votos P2P permite a los vendedores conservar las recompensas de la curaduría. Esto no es posible para aquellos que delegan en el bot, por lo que decidimos renunciar a nuestra cuota del 15% en el bot @minnowbooster.
En resumen:
- Los vendedores de votos P2P reciben Recompensas de curación completas + 85% de SBD pagado por el voto, tenga en cuenta que después de que las recompensas de curación HF21 ahora son el 50% del valor de publicación, la bifurcación previa fue del 25%.
- Los delegadores al bot reciben 100% de SBD ganado pagado al bot
Calculadora de votos a favor
Si ya ha comprado un voto a través de MinnowBooster, probablemente haya encontrado nuestra calculadora de votos a favor.
Por el momento, la calculadora asume recompensas lineales, pero solo se aplican después de un cierto valor de pago general. Las recompensas calculadas pueden fluctuar entre -50% y +20%. ¡Tenga esto en cuenta cuando compre votos más pequeños!

Términos de servicio
Los cambios en nuestros ToS tienen como objetivo garantizar el uso ético de MinnowBooster (MB). Aplicaremos los nuevos ToS incluso más estrictos que antes, ¡así que actúe de manera responsable! Abusadores que votan contenido en violación de nuestros ToS se eliminará el voto a favor sin un reembolso del pago.
¿Qué constituye como abuso de @minnowbooster?
- Usando múltiples cuentas para publicar contenido duplicado y comprando votos de MB para ellos
- Usar varias cuentas para publicar contenido de baja calidad y comprar votos de MB
- Votación a favor de publicaciones que están escritas en estilo copiar/pegar
- Usando un voto de MB para contenido muy corto o repetitivo. La extensión es subjetiva, pero 150 palabras es una buena guía de seguridad.
- Uso de MB con scripts de automatización y bots
- Puede encontrar mas información en el sitio web de MB
Reglas para la fotografía
- No se permiten mensajes que contengan sólo una foto.
- Los mensajes deben contener texto de apoyo y mostrar un esfuerzo significativo en términos de valor de la producción (ubicación, instalación, iluminación y tema).
Reglas para el arte, los vídeos y la animación
- El contenido debe ser producido originalmente por el autor y contener texto de apoyo
- Los memes no se consideran arte
Reglas para contenido de dominio público
- Las fuentes y Autores deben citarse correctamente y vincularse al contenido original
Temas excluidos de votos a favor
- Violencia, autolesión, sangre
- Política y opinión política
- Religión
- Drogas y otras sustancias ilegales
- Estafas y esquemas piramidales
- NSFW
Si quieres votar una publicación, considera las circunstancias individuales. Un pequeño voto a favor para una publicación corta puede estar bien en ocasiones, pero tenga en cuenta nuestras reglas.
Política de Abuso
Los usuarios que violen nuestros Términos de Servicio con respecto a los votos ascendentes se enfrentarán a las siguientes consecuencias:
- Su publicación puede ser sin votación de MinnowBooster
- no recibirá un reembolso por el voto original
- Su cuenta puede ser incluida en la lista negra

- La violación de los ToS puede resultar en listas negras temporales o permanentes. En caso de que un usuario esté en la lista negra, las primeras 10 transacciones a Minnowbooster se devolverán con una advertencia en el memo de la transacción. No se realizarán más reembolsos después de los 10th
- Los usuarios que abusan con frecuencia de otros usuarios de Steem también pueden ser añadidos a la lista negra, independientemente de su comportamiento de compra de votos.
- MinnowBooster y BuildTeam no serán responsables de ninguna pérdida sufrida por el tiempo de inactividad de la cadena de bloqueo y las hard forks, las pérdidas pueden incluir la ausencia de pagos durante el tiempo de inactividad, una demanda de voto baja o nula en los días anteriores o posteriores al evento, votos fallidos, etc.

A further update! They have not only stole my steem but also made sure to put more downvote until they make my post to 0 USD (another 24$ loss) just for outing them! That's what kind of service you will be giving your money to.
The other bots have withdrawn their votes because you have violated their ToS too. That was their decision.
lol yeah funny it happen RIGHT after I asked for my refund :) And I am sure you have nothing to do with it. ;) Oh and by the way i have violated no ToS, it's just an excuse to keep my STEEM and not to refund me :)

To everybody considering using their service, I should give you a fair warning. By purchasing votes from them you risk not only them stealing your STEEM but also downvoting you for the same ammout without even refunding you for the service they refuse to provide.

"Hi @bebeomega, the decision was taken that the voteseller has a right to remove his vote if you are in a violation of the terms of our service therefore you will not be refunded and will remain on our blacklist until such time that you start posting in accordance to our #mb-tos"
So in plain text they decide they can just steal my steam and not refund me anything even though I have not breached any of their tos! So basically they reserve the right to steal your steem and there's nothing you can do about it.
So friendly advice run as far as possible from shady "providers" like this. There are way better and hones upvoting services and with those crooks you are taking a risk everytime you decide to use their service
The post you promoted was a single picture without additional text, which is a clear breach of our ToS.
it was a post made by an appics application and it's not my fault that they put the additional text as a title. Regardless that's a weak excuse to rob somebody out of 140 STEEM
Even if the 5 words had been in the text body instead of the title, it would not have justified a vote like that.

New development, after trying to justify why they stole my steem, they decided to boot me from their telegram group as well
You are free to reasonably argue with us, but just repeating blah blah blah all over again gets tired quick.
Own that you failed to read the rules. The other case would be intentionally being an abuser.
Oh but it turned out there is no reasonably argueing with you because when I tried I was booted from the telegram chat. I get it after the work and all the struggles to make profit you resort to whatever means necessary to make a little profit, even if it's by stealing STEEM from customers by refusing to refund their hard earned STEEM after not providing the service you were paid to. And yeah you went further with downvoting the whole post down to 0 USD just to show power :) therefore robbing me of my rewards out of spite for me voicing my disagreement with your stealing my STEEM. Good job, you are showing yourself as real abuser. Hopefully people can see what happens if they trust you with their funds

lol yeah funny they unvoted only after I had the guts to ask for my refund from you and after you booted me from the telegram chat. For 6 days they didn't unvote but after the arguement with you for stealing my STEEM they all of a sudden realized. I don't know how naive you think I am or the people that will read this. They will see you exactly as who you are and how you are abusing your power and stealing other people's STEEM and then being bitter and arranging their post to go down to 0. I have enough proofs already

And sorry, this is #newsteem, if you try to abuse bots then you have to expect them learning about it. Apparently the other bots view it as abuse too.
apparently you are all tight enough for you to be easy to reach them and convince them to withdraw their votes (there was no downvoting on their side and the withdrawal happened EXACTLY after i was booted from telegram from you, a convenient coincidence). And yeah I understand that now after the fork is a bad time and you try to make your profit in any way possible, even stealing from your customers but I don't think that many people will be okay with it and will soon see you and your clique for the abusers that you are in attempt to collect as much steem as possible
