I also noticed that if you have 100% delegated (as inactive investor) you got little to no RC; some very big accounts have thuis issue still; you must power up some 50 SP ; then undelegate a little SP , wait a week and then you are back in business.
Oh, that sounds unfortunate! I guess all passive investors like this would need to keep a small reserve of SP for themselves from now on out. You used to be fine with just keeping something like 4-5SP to do some delegations.
