same as what happened to PACcoin, only they lost thousands
If you compare your screenshot with what is going on right now you 'll see that steem also lost a couple of hundred votes. Duplicates also...if someone has more than one email and he's willing to help steem, he has to vote using a VPN or a different PC...otherwise votes will keep being removed too.
