Trabajo en equipo - Teamwork
Hola steemians!!!
Hi steemians !!! Today, picking up the seam we want to show you, together with my daughter, the set we made.
I got the ideas and patterns from YouTube, from the account https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSwwvcUq1Uy45C9gaIC-3ww I really loved how he explains and many of the projects he teaches, simple and to take advantage of cloth remains.
The first thing we did was the headband, we chose among the fabrics that there was a combination that we like and I followed the step by step to make it. Here some photos.
The result is great, has very little elastic and does not fall from the head like plastic headbands.
Then we went for more and with a third fabric for the interior we made this beautiful bag. In this process I took advantage of the straight and simple seams of the bun to teach my daughter how to use the sewing machine ... It was very funny, two passes and for her, she had already learned everything !!
Unfortunately, the rest of the process was not simple, even for me, I am not used to sew zipper and less to pass them over, also when applying the bun it was complicated because they were already enough layers of fabric and my machine is familiar and a while ago I need someone checked it. Anyway, cost to make her understand, but the enthusiasm remained, the next straight seams I will share with her, the making opens a wonderful world of possibilities, from being able to copy something already made to express yourself with colors and shapes, shaping the fashion that interests you without having to adjust to the imposed one.
Gracias por estar!!
Thanks for being!!
