You have a nice sentiment, but how to stop our governments from warring? They do it without our permission. They get all the money they need to pay for it from central banks. They don't even need to raise taxes. We pay for it through inflation.
simple... not so simple...
there are a few things many humans want to satisfy at whatever cost: money, war and sex
It is conditioning nonetheless. The good news is that it is not set in stone, can be changed so humans can find about their true human nature.
