LAUNCHING VIDEO & VOICE CALLS WITH DOCTORS

To allow a more sustainable model and increase speed and effectiveness of medical care, we are Launching our in-App Video Call. Qualified medical doctors will be on duty to talk to you face-to-face. Get immediate solutions to your health challenge.

For now we are adopting the model of Office Hours so that our doctors won't sit on the screen for 24 hours. We cover from 12 - 4pm (+1UTC) everyday. We will definitely expand our hours with more shifts and call duty as client traffic increases.

SERVICE CHARGE & BENEFITS

• We are standardizing the service at 20minutes per session. If need be, the call can be extended further for a particular client.
• Each call is charged at 20 AIRCOIN per 20minute session. The price will be calculated after the call duration elapses.
• Attending experts earn 50% of the accumulated pay at the end of their shift.
