Marvelous! Apparently, a 700g serving of spinach provides more than the iron found in an 8-ounce steak. However, as spinach contains oxalic acid, a substance that prevents the body from properly absorbing iron, spinach should be steamed or boiled for 15 minutes to remove the oxalic acid and taken with vitamin C to facilitate iron absorption. What sauce are you using, old bean?
I used heavy whipping cream, half and half, tumeric, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. All ingredients used were organic and fresh when possible.
This was the best spinach I have eaten in a long time😃 The flavors developed nicely👍
