Coconut milk would be excellent with this dish. I used heavy whipping cream, half and half, tumeric, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. All ingredients used were organic and fresh when possible😃
Marvelous! Apparently, a 700g serving of spinach provides more than the iron found in an 8-ounce steak. However, as spinach contains oxalic acid, a substance that prevents the body from properly absorbing iron, spinach should be steamed or boiled for 15 minutes to remove the oxalic acid and taken with vitamin C to facilitate iron absorption. What sauce are you using, old bean?

This was the best spinach I have eaten in a long time😃 The flavors developed nicely👍

Thank You for this spectacular service.
It looks really good! Just curious if you would care to divulge the ingredients? Would you recommend using coconut milk for us non dairy folks?

Sounds great, I’ll give that a go!
At first, I thought that was custard. So I thought, ‘wait, that might work!’ It turned out quite good! Might sound weird, though...
Creamed spinach is really great for your health and very tasty 😋 This is one of my favorite foods😃
