Ooo...tempting! I recently did the "whole30" diet, and it didn't do much for me. But it did make me take time to cook myself healthy food, which is something that I actually enjoy, but haven't taken the time to do in ages. So, I thought it would be good to try a whole 30 of self-care, kinda like what y'all are talking about. I need to seriously consider if I'm ready to start it right now. Thanks for your post!
