20k training W10: the leg is fine (RunForSteem)
Last Sunday I wrote about probably the worst running week since a long time. My leg was hurting I didin't know what to do. As I said it in this post, I followed the advice of some fellow runners on Steemit. Here is what I did this week.
First run: endurance run
I did 45' on Tuesday at a normal pace of 4'49"/km. I tried to keep my heart rate below 155 but it was not easy as the run had some hills.
Second run: endurance run (again)
I did a second endurance run on Friday. I did it a bit faster but I managed to keep my heart rate below 153 on average despite the hills similar to the first run.
Third run: short run
Today I did a very short run: only 6 km. I didn't do a run that short in a long time. But I didn't have a lot of time and 6 km is better than nothing. I did it a bit faster than the two previous runs which is normal for a short run like that.
The pace at the beginning of the run is not correct. It's just because my watch didn't get the GPS signal directly.
In total, it was a nice week. I did less kilometers and I think it is better for my leg since I don't feel pain anymore. I think I will do approximately the same next week.

I am happy for you that your leg is fine!
Thank you :)
