First Vertical Kilometer Race Of India (1000m Ascent in 4.7km)

Yesterday first verticals kilometer rave took place in Solang valley. sSolang valley is so famous in India for its beautiful scenery and high mountains range.
The start point of race is Solang (2450m), everyone was gathered around 9am and race started on 9:30am sharp. It took almost 20 minutes to leave the valley. We crossed two temporary wooden bridges, one avalanche zone, one village, tree line and then finally was at finish line.
Stats was, runners covered 1000 meter overall gain in just 4.7km.
First runner took 1hr02 minutes, second took 1hr03 minutes and third took 1hr05 mins.
And I took 1hr 15 minutes, it was a great experience.
