Hello @baden!

First, every body is different in itself! There is no perfect diet that fits every approach! Moreover, this diet you seek must be able to supply the adequate nutrition to replenishing spent energy.

You seem in pretty good shape as well as muscular! So I will assume you work out consistently and keep your protein and carb intake higher!

I do always recommend intermittent fasting as a way of ‘hacking’ your body’s regulatory mechanisms. Push your typical first meal back 2-3 extra hours and make your last meal 6-8 hours after you’re first meal! Eat whatever you currently are eating right now and you will notice a different in a few weeks, I’d like to say! This is assuming if you are attempting to trim up a little!

Again, we are all so different. Drink lots of water, try intermittent fasting, and be aware of, as well as limit, the amount of ‘junk food’ eaten!

Good luck and I hope you reach whatever goals you intend on reaching!

Thank you so much Saed.. what is the best protein I take

I am biased when I say just lean meats! So chicken, beef, lamb, or fish! I know many individuals getting good gains in muscle mass and are also taking Gold Standard Whey Protein. I also have seen great results with individuals switching their diet to being vegan as well! Again there’s is no ‘best’ protein, but I do believe that the healthiest option are the naturally abundant forms of protein derived from plants and animals!
