@johnsil what a gorgeous aray of baked seafood.Love a beautifully cooked scollop.I love to put parmesan and breadcrumb mix over the top.Gives another element of texture to them.Your photo has me salivating.Thanks for sharing.Will be having a trip to local fishmongers now!👌😊
