@carolynstahl: The flour I used includes amaranth. I used the same as for my apple cake, which I have posted two weeks ago.

@lizelle: So I havenยดt used chia spice, but it sounds interesting :) and the flour is the same I have used for my apple cake two weeks ago, which includes also amaranth, but not only.
