@carolynstahl: The flour I used includes amaranth. I used the same as for my apple cake, which I have posted two weeks ago.

Yay!!!! It's funny because when I came to this weeks contest, I didn't think I would play. It seemed so difficult. And it was, but you gave all the clues perfectly.
