I don't know much about how to deal with these kinds of things @rigual. I do have a friend who has been through this though, so have contacted him to see if he has suggestions of what to do for @lisangel. Sorry to hear about it--it's super frustrating to deal with dishonorable people.

His reply is this:

"report the stolen account to the steemit board, if she have her password with her. They will luck the account and make it ready to use after 30 days of verifying who the real owner is"
