Give more than what you have been paid for

Quote of the day and my explanation of the top quote.

I know, I know this quote does feel like lame but do not worry. You can try to apply it once and if it doesn't work then you can go back to the way you use to do things.

I mean that there is no way to know what would happen if you start doing more than what you have been paid for because your clients or your employers might have different ideas and no two people on this planet think the same way.

But most people would be happy to see you putting more effort and doing things better and making their lives easier.
