Analysis of a shocking CIA document and how it effects the human experience.  

What is the Human Resource Exploitation Manual?

This CIA document, published in the late 1980s, was used to train “interrogators” in Latin America. to obtain information from captured individuals.    

What follows is a portion of that document as well as my description of how these same techniques are used to “extract human resources”, or more accurately put, enslave humanity.

THE THEORY OF COERCION 

A. THE PURPOSE OF ALL COERCIVE TECHNIQUES IS TO INDUCE PSYCHOLOGICAL REGRESSION IN THE SUBJECT BY BRINGING A SUPERIOR OUTSIDE FORCE TO BEAR ON HIS WILL TO RESIST. REGRESSION IS BASICALLY A LOSS OF AUTONOMY, A REVERSION. TO AN EARLIER BEHAVIORAL LEVEL. AS THE SUBJECT REGRESSES,  HIS LEARNED PERSONALITY TRAITS FALL AWAY IN REVERSE CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER. H£ BEGINS TO LOSE THE CAPACITY TO CARRY OUT THE HIGHEST CREATIVE ACTIVITIES, TO DEAL WITH COMPLEX SITUATIONS, TO COPE WITH STRESSFUL INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, OR TO COPE WITH REPEATED FRUSTRATIONS.

My comments:  Taken in the much greater context and scope of the whole of human society on a planetary level, it can be seen how coercion and the threat of coercion are used for social engineering purposes.    

Let’s look at some details regarding the psychological effects of regression which can be readily seen in large numbers of individuals.    

1.  Minimized capacity for creative activities. 

2.  Inability to deal with complex situations 

3.  Lost capacity to deal with stressful interpersonal relationships 

4.  Unable to cope with repeated frustrations

If an individual suffers these consequences, then that individual can be easily manipulated and exploited.  They literally won’t have the ability to challenge the reality they’re given.    

How is this achieved on a mass scale throughout society, effecting billions of individuals?

To a great extent, this is achieved simply through the forcing of children into years of indoctrination at prisons euphemistically called “schools”.    

In “schools”, a child’s imagination and creative process are largely diminished.  Children also learn to become dependent on so-called “authorities” for answers on how to deal with complex situations, thus largely negating an individual’s ability to cope in a self-sufficient manner.  This lack of self-sufficiency also contributes to the inability to cope with frustrations.  If someone cannot cope, they will give up.    

Number three on the list is the inability to deal with stressful relationships.  Volumes could be written, and have been written, on this one subject alone, so I can’t do it justice here.  There are numerous environmental factors that contribute to diminishing personal relationships in society.   However, it's crucial to note that by destroying personal relationships and the family structure, the state gains more power.  

One more thing regarding the minimization of creativity before we move on.  Certain passive activities, such as watching TV, movies, playing video games, and various media found on the internet, diminish the active ability to create.  These activities also divert time and attention away from creative pursuits.  I encourage the reader to research this fascinating and important subject.

THERE ARE THREE MAJOR PRINCIPLES INVOLVED IN THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION OF COERCIVE TECHNIQUES:

DEBILITY (PHYSICAL WEAKNESS)

FOR CENTURIES “QUESTIONERS" HAVE EMPLOYED VARIOUS METHODS OF INDUCING PHYSICAL WEAKNESSES: PROLONGED CONSTRAINT; PROLONGED EXERTION: EXTREMES OF HEAT. COLD. OR MOISTURE: AND DEPRIVATION   OF FOOD OR SLEEP.  THE' ASSUMPTION THAT LOWERING THE SUBJECT’S PHYSIOLOGICAL RESISTANCE WILL LOWER HIS PSYCHOLOGICAL   CAPACITY FOR RESISTANCE: HOWEVER. THERE HAS BEEN NO SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION OF THIS ASSUMPTION.

I would like to examine the above statement that “lowering physiological resistance will lower psychological capacity for resistance”.  Such a tactic is and has been aggressively put into action on multiple fronts across the globe.    

Why?

Because if an individual is suffering mentally and/or physically, it makes right action against tyranny much more difficult, and thus, much less likely to occur.    

So how is physical and mental weakness achieved on a massive scale throughout society? By poisoning the environment via:

1.  Weaponized Food 

2.  Fluoridated Water Supplies 

3.  Vaccines and pharmaceuticals 

4.  Chemicals used in atmospheric modification

DEPENDENCY 

HE IS HELPLESSLY DEPENDENT UPON THE '’QUESTIONER' FOR THE SATISFACTION OF ALL BASIC NEEDS.

My comments:  The artificial creation of dependency is quite prevalent.  To a certain extent, various dependent groups have vested interests in keeping the system unchanged, even if they know that various aspects of the system are immoral.    

Examples include:

1.  Corporate Welfare Recipients 

2.  Government Employees 

3.  Individual Welfare Recipients 

4.  Receivers of Grants

What do all members in these categories have in common? They have all become dependent on the institutionalized violence, theft, and slavery called “government”.    

One common psychological factor that they all share, which causes this dependency, is that they believe their survival and well being is dependent on “government” (slavery).  This is identical to being dependent on the “questioner” (so-called authority) in the microcosm of individual, face to face torture and interrogation that is laid out in the CIA document we’re currently examining.    

DREAD (INTENSE FEAR AND ANXIETY) SUSTAINED LONG ENOUGH, A STRONG FEAR OF ANYTHING VAGUE OR UNKNOWN INDUCES REGRESSION. ON THE OTHER HAND, MATERIALIZATION OF THE FEAR IS LIKELY' TO COME AS A RELIEF. THE SUBJECT FINDS THAT HE CAN HOLD OUT AND HIS RESISTANCE IS STRENGTHENED.

My comments:  Fear is ubiquitous in the social system we live in every day and is an underlying foundation in the system of slavery.  News stories of violence, theft, and other atrocities are constantly streamed into the minds of billions of people on a daily basis.  This contributes to a sustained environment of fear.  Other fears that people face daily are the fear of poverty and social disapproval.  Last, but certainly not least, is the fear of negative consequences due to interaction with the state, such as being thrown into a cage, having your family torn apart, or getting your property stolen.

My comments:

What is apathy?

Apathy is a lack of concern; indifference; lack of emotion or feeling

I argue that this state is quite common throughout society.  Many people just want to “go along to get along” and “don’t rock the boat”.  

When someone is experiencing slavery, which all people who pay taxes do, to a certain extent, and doesn’t care to resist or put forth effort to change their experience and become free, this is apathy, and this allows tyrants to rule.    

BRAINWASHING INVOLVES THE CONDITIONING OF A SUBJECT'S   "STIMULUS—RESPONSE BOND" THROUGH THE USE OF' THESE SAME TECHNIQUES, BUT THE OBJECTIVE OF BRAINWASHING IS DIRECTED PRIMARILY TOWARDS THE SUBJECT'S ACCEPTANCE AND ADOPTION OP BELIEFS, BEHAVIOR, OR DOCTRINE ALIEN TO HIS NATIVE CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT FOR PROPAGANDA __ RATHER THAN INTELLIGENCE COLLECTION PURPOSES.

My comments:  The vast majority of people have been brainwashed.  Let’s examine some details of the above description of brainwashing and contrast it with a common mindset in society to prove this.    

A subject, in this case, is an individual human.  When this individual accepts and adopts beliefs, behaviors, and doctrine alien to his native cultural environment, then this individual is brainwashed.    

So what is a human individual’s native cultural environment? In order to prove that many individuals are brainwashed, it is crucial to note the difference between nature, and a native cultural environment.  Simply put, a cultural environment is not natural because it is shaped by the subjective likes and dislikes of large numbers of people.  It is an artificial creation not found in nature.    

Humans are naturally born into a state of anarchy, meaning that every human has equal rights.  There are no masters or slaves.  A universal moral law that no individual shall harm another individual is all that must be understood and obeyed for liberty to occur.  This is the natural environment.    

Unfortunately, this natural environment has been subverted largely through brainwashing. Coercive techniques are used to brainwash people with harmful beliefs.  These harmful beliefs cause the brainwashed individuals to take immoral, and thus harmful, actions and/or inactions.  These actions, in the aggregate, cause chaos and suffering to be experienced throughout society.     

There is one belief, one action, and one inaction in particular that causes the most harm to be produced.    

The most harmful belief is external human authority.

The most harmful action that I refer to is fearful and violent behavior.

The most harmful inaction that I am referring to is fearful obedience.    

And this is all it takes for slavery to be experienced, and for liberty to be obstructed.
