Humans are naturally born into a state of anarchy, meaning that every human has equal rights. There are no masters or slaves. A universal moral law that no individual shall harm another individual is all that must be understood and obeyed for liberty to occur. This is the natural environment.

That sounds nice but the natural state for humans is in a society and there is violence there. People living in primitive stone age societies experience constant rape, theft, murder and warfare. The noble savage is a progressive myth.
