The power of thought is decisive for the quality of our lives: with the thoughts we make, it is determined how we interpret the events that happen to us, how we feel and how we choose to react.

Thoughts are also those that give us a great deal of freedom and control of things: even if the situations are such that we can not change them, but we have the power to define how we want to react (positive or negative, optimistic or Pessimistic, constructive or catastrophic).

However, many people do not realize the power of their thoughts and fall into the trap of negative thoughts,

Themselves and those around them. I have identified 9 kinds of negative thoughts that are very bad for people and are responsible for the people who are seeing them seeing them around them disturbed and removed.

"I have to be as I wish and imagine others"

Are you trying to be the person your parents desire? Your spouse or partner? Are you trying to live to prove something to friends, acquaintances, colleagues? Do you want to impress others? Want to show a torn image of yourself to get the praise of others?

If so, then you are stuck in the trap of negative thought that shows that you have lost your self-esteem, your uniqueness and a piece of yourself. The important gift of life is that you are a unique person, your self, with its assets and defects.

What are your own desires, goals, values, things that fill you? Honestly answer the previous question and begin to live your life based on what you want, rather than on what others want from you.

"I do not like a person because he is not like me"

Remember, nobody is like someone else! Parents who say about their children "but have to correct this or that, they are not like me", husbands who are angry with their spouse because they are different, all they do is add irritation and anxiety to their lives while at the same time Undermine or even destroy their relationships.

Accept the others with their defects (as they accept!). If you want to do something different, remember that you do not have the power to change others, but you have the power to change your own reactions to faces, things and situations, which will eventually bring about change.
"Others are more fortunate than me"
This is a form of disguised jealousy and self-reduction. When one begins to compare himself with others, he falls into the trap to see only the good of the other's situation and only the negatives of his own position. But this is a premature and completely erroneous assessment.

Everyone has his lucky and haphazard moments in life, everyone has the issues that concern him, but they do not necessarily seem. Considering that others are more fortunate or better than you, all you have to do is create a wall between yourself and the other person and not allow yourself to take advantage of the opportunities presented.

"Everything goes wrong and upside down"

Indeed, you may have been wrong and upside down, but that does not mean that you have some exclusivity in the difficult and that nothing ugly happens to anyone else.

Seeing your life through a prism of personal misfortune and failure, apart from giving you a mood and annoyance (qualities that no one wants to have next to him!) Sabotage your personal progress and happiness. Besides, it is very self-centered to believe that all the difficult ones happen only to the same, because it cancels the experience of others who have their own difficulties.

Let us not forget that there is no absolute measure of what is difficult, unfortunate or problematic (here are excluded some major events of life, such as death, illness, war) and that everyone experiences their problems as unique.

To cultivate a sense of gratitude for what's going well and for the beautiful ones in his life and to adopt a positive and optimistic attitude of life is the best way to shield yourself from the inevitable difficulties.

"For what bad things happen to me, someone else is wrong"

Indeed, someone else may have a greater or lesser responsibility for the bad things that happen to you. Do not forget, however, that you also have a responsibility for your life and whatever is happening to you.

To blame others for what they did or did not do, and to consider them solely responsible for the tribulations in your own life, not only removes the "blame" from you, but also other friendly or related
