RE: Steem appears to be somewhat loosing momentum in maintaining the explosive growth witnessed in May and June. Looking forward to sharing with you our Digital Promotion..!!
Look, this is great what you do, but actually this should be done by Steemit itself. Are they happy with what they have gained so far... I think so, and that is maybe the problem... It's not up to us to promote Steemit as a whole in my opinion, I love your stubborness, it will have an effect... But look at @steemit , what capital is there in that account, even a fraction of that would have an immense effect on promotion... Just a proposal...
@pele23 I have joined @stephenkendal on his #uk-promo and it is great fun, I believe he has the right Idea, as we are all in the same boat and if we as users do not pull in people into steemit then there will be a decrease in the price in steem. Why would people not want to tell other people about steemit? This does not cost anything for anyone to tell other people about it. The more people on this social network the price of steem would go up. The fact that we get paid to post should be enough for people like our selves to ask other people to join steemit.
The word of mouth is a powerful marketing tool in its self. I am not slating your comment as everyone is entitled to their opionion, but if everyone on steemit was to tell 3 friends and they were to join the steem price would rise and people such as our selves would receive higher payouts for our quality posts. it's a win-win situation.
Ok, I follow you in "Word of mouth", I do that too. But there is a big difference between word of mouth and investing 12000 USD in promotion like @stephenkendal... I don't see any good in that, that's the job of the Steemit founders!
But we are all apart of steemit. The steem power you have is an investment in the platform. Like shares in a company. With the amount of money thats floating around in steemit just for posting and commenting upvoting. We are like staff that post to the site. Just by helping the community grow is doing your little bit. Like i said in my other comment all it takes is for everyone to invite 3 people and them who join to ask 3 people the word of mouth would bring people in. With the promos that @stevenkendal does is showing people there is a face to these people on steemit. People like to see other people doing things for the community and that will help it grow
I agree with you on this subject. But it looks like the steem inc have different plans.
