Complex vs Basic Programming for Proper results in Weight Loss or Muscle Gain

This is a very touchy subject for most people. I've been a trainer now for about 18 years. Most commonly questions you get asked. What's the best diet to get ripped? What are the best exercises for getting abs? How do I put muscle on? What do I need to eat in order to get bigger?

Simple question we need to ask ourselves what is our Goal? What do we plan on doing in order to get to this goal? Is this something I can do by myself? or do I need guidance to get there? If I do need guidance for how long?

Most of these questions are based on behavior changes. But rather than starting with one thing, most people try to tackle the problems all at once. End result is lack of changes due to the overwhelming need of taking too much too soon.

Most individuals will look into guidance in magazines, I know I did when I was beginning my fitness journey. But little did I know most of my idols were using illegally banned substances, and the routines they were doing were suitable for individuals doping in order to obtain more strength and endurance. For beginners such as myself these routines would allow the normal population to over train and obtain sub par results.

Some of the best routines out there start of with the most basic programming, the reason being you need to get your body ready for exercise. Joints, Tendons, Ligaments, and connective tissue. It is up to us to experiment and learn what exercises are best suited for our body type, and our lifestyle. Fitness is not a one size fits all lifestyle. We are all built differently. So that the package you bring forward will look unique and beautiful and slightly different from your friends and family.

Training Volume is important in the beginning, if you do too much to soon you will deplete your immune system, and further side rail your results due to the inactivity in the gym. So when the right intensity and volume are applied its like Michael Angelo working with his sculpting tools putting a one of a kind masterpiece together.

So proper training and diet programs will allow individuals to obtain results that they never thought that were attainable.
