It all looks yummy! I've never heard of flour on french fried potatoes; what does that do or add to them? A different flavor? I've heard McDonald's adds sugar to their fries.

La harina de trigo hace que la papa frita quede más crujiente por fuera y suave por dentro. Le da un toque diferente. Deberías intentarlo :)
