Would be interesting to explore the idea of a system similar (yet starkly different, in some important ways) to STEEM where a UBI could be deployed to individuals via inflations / creation of new money supply. Take the responsibility out of the hands of the banksters, and put it into the hands of the people -- and allow a form of "trickle up" or "trickle out" social-economic interactions.
Side-note: You may be interested in checking out the 3Speak platform that's on Steem. Seems people are enjoying it, and I believe it's meant to provide a platform for free-speech.
Consider hosting videos there (or on DTube as a means of expanding your reach / hosting-redundancy, as well as increasing your potential rewards).
Side-side-note: There have been some recent changes to Steem where self-voting is actively frowned upon. Look for Steem HardFork 21 / Economic Improvements Proposal discussions. Consider using some of your stake to vote for and engage with your audience, or other projects on the blockchain.
