Many people who aren't having a favorable time in life, can't seem to understand this concept because of the turmoil that their lives are in. Negative feelings prevent them from understanding that they got to where they are at because of their prior thoughts and the set of actions that came to fruition because of those thoughts. To improve life, you must improve your thinking, be grateful and create positive relationships with those closest to you.
