Symbolic for Steemit's apparent spam-flag war situation and the future of Steem? :)
Hi there @oddnugget - thank you very much for commenting ... that is an interesting thought / idea :-) ... I was just thinking about substance abuse - a musician for over forty years ... you can imagine, there were some problems :-)))
Haha, understood. I'm a developing musician myself and am glad to see such an experienced man of music on Steemit :) Do you have any recordings online I could check out? I love reviewing music on my site.
Hi, thank you for responding @oddnugget. I am working in the entertainment industries for forty years :-) You can check out: https://www.reverbnation.com/rainingheartmusic/ and the music of my artist wife @yuccarose here: https://www.reverbnation.com/yuccarose .... enjoy ... and let me know what you think.
This is incredible!
Wow, the second track on your profile, "Sheila Chandra...," blew me away.
So neat and creative. Are the sounds the woman is making actually words?
Hi @oddnugget thank you for taking the time and listening. Sheila Chandra is a famous Indian performer and actress. These are tabla vocalizations - when you learn to play tablas, you first have to visualize the sounds, then vocalize them ... and finally play them :-) ... a training technique ... and a bit like Indian style scatting.
