Mousse de tres chocolates
Hoy tenemos un pastel de tres chocolates tipo mousse para un vigésimo noveno cumpleaños, hecho con una base de nata batida a medio punto que se divide en tres partes: una con chocolate blanco, otra con chocolate con leche y otra con chocolate negro. El pastel se arma por capas, se refrigera durante toda una noche y muy muy importante, ¡se decora a tope! Que lo podamos celebrar así por muchos años más :)
