I've never been to Sydney so I'm not even going to try and spot the differences as it would be too embarrassing for me, lol.

45 minutes doesn't sound that bad considering that Sydney is a big city. I had colleagues in Switzerland who traveled 2 hours each way to get to work. They were saying they didn't mind but I can't possible imagine someone enjoying 4 hours on train everyday :D

It's nice that you shared these photos black and white. It somehow looks like from an old movie (maybe just to me :) ) And it's a great idea to capture moments from your journey. It's like you would be taking us to work with you :)

These photos are great and I could not guess that they are taken with a phone if you wouldn't have said it.
