the pics are great @airdrophunter - though im not a professional photographer, may be you can try using a camera with a dual lens and blur the background.
Thanks also for sharing the health tips. i would like to add on saying that along with what you eat, the timing of eating also becomes important. for example fruits are best when eaten empty stomach, ie approx. half an hour before meal - that way the nutrients get absorbed by the body better.
