📷 #ColorChallenge - Monday Red - Fruit Salad Competition
This are some of the pictures of fruit salad that i took at the salad competition held at my office. This photos are captured from normal mobile phone. Give me your valuable suggestions on this photos, so that i can improve my photography skills.
A salad is a dish consisting of a mixture of small pieces of food, usually vegetables. However, different varieties of salad may contain virtually any type of ready-to-eat food.
There are a number of home recipes for fruit salad that contain different kinds of fruit, or that use a different kind of sauce other than the fruit's own juice or syrup. Common ingredients used in fruit salads include strawberries, pineapple, honeydew, watermelon, grapes, and kiwifruit.
Why fruit salad is good for you?
Fruit has been recognized as a good source of vitamins and minerals, and for their role in preventing vitamin C and vitamin A deficiencies. People who eat fruit as part of an overall healthy diet generally have a reduced risk of chronic diseases.
What are the benefits of eating fruit salad?
- Most fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium, and calories.
- Fruits are sources of many essential nutrients that are underconsumed, including potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and folate (folic acid).
- Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure.

Amazing picture,full of nutrition . it not only keep you full but also make your soul happy. this types of food is very good source of protein,cabs, and good fatty acid,it has dietary fiber which is very good for health.

the pics are great @airdrophunter - though im not a professional photographer, may be you can try using a camera with a dual lens and blur the background.
Thanks also for sharing the health tips. i would like to add on saying that along with what you eat, the timing of eating also becomes important. for example fruits are best when eaten empty stomach, ie approx. half an hour before meal - that way the nutrients get absorbed by the body better.
