I run my own program based on a combination of powerlifting and bodybuidling. Looks something like this:
Upper Chest/Lower Deadlift/Arms/Rest/Upper Back and Shoulders /Lower Squat/Rest
I'll do one heavy lift (1-8 reps) to start out each workout followed by higher rep (10-12) accessory work.
