Getting to my hight school weight II
Hi. It's me Andrea again at my boyfriend's gym. I've been dating him almost a year and it's the first time I've seen this place. My goal of getting two forms of physical activity in per day landed me here. My exercise plan was to be cool and go kayak on Town Lake in Austin, but in Texas nothing is cool in July. So I settled on the gym. No excuses for extreme weather.
I jogged for 30 minutes and did 10 minutes of random weights.
My second exercise was Insanity Abs. I've got the whole series and this one is a 15 minute ab focused work out. I dug under stuff in my closet and dusted off the Insanity videos. My goal is to look like the guys behind me.
It doesn't look like I have a problem from a distance, but I'll show you my Enquirer trashy photo...My tight jeans are well...tight...on my behalf they are size 27 s from the gap...(that is waist size 27 height short). I can cover this up with baggier clothing...but I'm tired of hiding it. I want to be fit!
I cooked healthy food and ate healthy all day
However I had a small setback. We invited some neighbors to go out and have dinner. They wanted to go to "Bangers". The only thing on the menu is German Sausage and Beer so that is what I ate and drank. The beer helped me forget about my diet.
Despite my hard work I weighed in at 127.4...up .4 lbs from the previous day. My goal of getting to my high school weight has been deferred . I'm not giving up though...I drank my coffee black without cream and I'm going kayaking early to beat the heat! See ya'll tomorrow!
