Hiking - An Stress Reliever
Hiking is an stress reliever for me. It really feels good when you are just surrounded by nature. It’s a refreshing escape from our usual city surroundings. For me, hiking is really a great workout. And by all means you can hit the trails alone. Yah, I don’t mind hiking alone. But of course it is good to hike with your group of friends.
And there’s this feeling of accomplishment after you hike!
