Hannukah!

As in....

My aunt came over for dinner and she brought her kid. “Have you had these before? How many potato pancakes do you want?” I asked. She answered me, “Lot, cuz!”

Bada-bing, you been punned! See it’s funny because latkes are often eaten during Hannukah (because of all the oil) and latkes is pronounced the same way “lot, cuz” is. And you could say that latkes are potato pancakes AND the amount that you’d tell your cousin you wanted would a LOT. (Not to be confused with Lot, who had a wife that turned into a pillar of salt)
