Beer tasting #2: Cervisiam - Jungle Juice (Imperial IPA)

Jungle Juice is an Imperial IPA made to emulate the feeling of getting punched in the face by Rambo! It’s brewed with one of my favorite hops, Nelson Sauvin, along with considerable doses of Chinook, Galaxy, Mosaic, and Centennial, lending it a solid tropical-fruity nose. The lack of specialty malts give the hops the stage they deserve, Jungle Juice is brewed with a litlle wheat and oats which give it an uncharacteristically smooth mouthfeel. Damn its good drinking!
