Just sharing how the TAX system works!

Let`s take a regular workday in Massachusetts.
hours - 8
Minimum wage - $12
Total = $96 a day!

Just the Tax on your check is 33%
That leaves you with $64

That means you paid your TAX
And now it comes you worked for $8 an hour!
That`s starting making any sense to you?

Now you have to get to work and from work to home!
Let`s say your car is 15/Miles to a Gallon gas!
You work 30 miles from home!

That`s 4 Gallons of gas right there!

Don`t worry TAX is here too.
26.54c/gallon

You gonna need 5 Gallons to get to work and back!
What makes an extra $12.41 out of your pocket!
Over 10 %
And again a $1.31 in TAX

And after paying this
You realized you when to work for $6.49/h

You can be happy and bring $51.91 home.
Except!

Your favorite morning coffee!
I`m gonna use Average of $3.5
Many people will spend more!

Don`t forget your tax!

Italian B.M.T. Footlong $6.75
Cold soda $2.25
That gets you up to $9
Tax 20% - $1.8
That get`s you up to $10.80

Let`s hope you are not from people addicted to tobacco.
Average Cost Per Pack - $9.08
Tax -$3.51

Only for the people that need a drink after work
2 beers after work $10 + $2 tip

In that case, you gonna take home:
$10.04 and you gonna be paid more than $38.54 in TAXES
And that so far was if you don`t pay rent or and without any dinner expenses.

Let`s see it from a different perspective you have to pay rent and bring dinner to the table at home

I`m gonna use, for example, the cheapest possible option!

I`m gonna take in consideration $1500 monthly rent for a studio or 2 bedroom apartment.

And how I said I`m taking into consideration the minimum!

That`s 2 times less than the current average market value!
What does that mean for you?

For 1 person living in a room of a house is gonna cost on minimum $750 a month.
So now if the house valued at $200,000
And the owner pays $3000 in tax

And how it looks you have $4 a day TAX for that you sleep somewhere!

Let`s say you own an old car!

And you`re just paying insurance!

In many cases, you gonna pay town tax+ parking or something else.
I asked my friend about that she said $63 a month for an old Honda she drives.

That brings you to a $-1.07 at the end of your day!
Paid in TAX $41 just for that I mention!
From your $96 hard made money!
Just that`s nearly 40% TAX on your daily income in tax!
