in #nature7 years ago (edited)

Hi stemian,
Today I greet my best friend to tell about the utilization of nipah, nipah I get when follow Indonesia Photo Challenge 1 with theme "Reptil". Looking for reptiles in the swamp close to where to live to take a good photo moment but I did not bring home satisfactory results because wild reptiles are very difficult to photograph then I think why this nipah plant is not utilized by the surrounding community

Nipah fruit is still young can be eaten directly like kaling and has a sweet taste and delicious, while the old fruit stacked smooth to dijasikan flour as raw materials. To make a delicious pastry cake.
Utilization of nipah is not done in the environment where I live, hope I hope for tomorrow can be utilized by the people around.

Thank you
