Wow! You said 200mg and that's all I could say! Something I've found helpful for my own blood pressure (not chronically high, if that's relevant) is breathing exercises. Just slow, controlled breaths in and out through the nose. Of course, closing my eyes helps, and briefly surrendering to the nap if it comes. It helps me destress and focus too. Here's hoping your friend has a safe pregnancy.

Actually, breathing is really under-rated and under-explained as a blood pressure control natural health strategy. Great point. :)
