Musing.io is a question-answer platform built on top of the Steem Blockchain. Both questions and answers are rewarded by users and musing.io, based on their merit. Since Steem is the native token of this blockchain, therefore all rewards earned are in Steem and SBD. 

Between Steemit and musing, I like musing better. The reason is simple - To me it feel that this platform was designed according to my personal specifications. I am a decent writer and an even better reader. This means that since I read a lot, my scope of information is fairly large. Being a decent writer help me to formulate my information/knowledge in a manner so that I can write good answers and help people.
