Yes it does, but it depends on how low your steem power is. With the introduction of resource credits in the new HF20, the number of comments and posts that we can make is dependent on the amount of resource credits that we have and the amount of resource credits that we have is dependent on the amount of steempower that we possess.

To put it simply, if your steempower is extremely low them you might not be able to ask alot of questions or answer alot of questions on musing.

Checking your steempower and resource credits, I found that you have just about enough resource credits to make about 18 comments before you completely drain it. It takes about 5 days for your RC to be completely replenished so you might want to be mindful of how many questions you ask and answer on musing.

Start with asking and answering anything from 2-5 questions daily and you should be fine. As your steempower grows, so will your RC and soon you'll be able to ask and answer as many questions as you like.
