Yes it does. The more Steem Power the more you can do.

Steem Power reflects how many resource credits you hold. Resource credits are used to pay for any actions that you might do on the Steem block chain. They are used to control how much bandwidth you are using.

If you have 100 SP for example you may be able to do 10 comments a day and maybe 10 votes. If you reply to 8 questions then you don't have much left and it recharges at 20 % per day. It is forcing everyone to look at managing the power bars like a game does. The sooner you power up and grow your SP the better. The more SP your account holds the more actions you are able to do.

If you visit steemd.com and log into your account it will show you exactly what you have and are able to do. The only key is remembering if you exhaust your resource credits it takes 5 days to get back to 100% so managing them is key. if you do a little bit each day you will grow and in no time be able to do a lot more.

Aha ... cheater cheater pumpkin eater ... stop copy/pastin. I see what you two are up to now. Eagle eyes are upon you.

Hey eagle. Actually I think I have only ever done that once. I am not like that unless a repetitive question comes up. i honestly couldn't be asked to go back and hunt for a previous answer as there are too many to look at. Why aren't you on here answering questions it's fun.

Hey dood! I tried a few times on my phone and didn’t like it but snooped around and saw you two so had to tease you. I agree about the answers part. Last night I found it easier on my laptop so I may give the dapp another try. Nice to see familiar faces 😁
