Second thing that you need are headphones or speakers/monitors. It would be nice to have some good pair of headphones or monitors but for the beginning anything is good. At the beginning, I used some cheap speakers I got with the computer and iPhone headphone. Now I use Audio-Technica ATM-m40x with Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 audio interface. I recommend headphones because you can hear everything you do at any time of the day.It is important that they are flat and don't have any bass boosts to know exactly what you are playing. If you buying headphones or monitors you will need external audio interface.
