BABYMETAL: a strange yet very appealing mix in metal
Officially categorized as a "fusion of heavy metal and Japanese idol music," Babymetal is certainly one of the more unusual metal acts out there.
They have also become very very popular with world-wide tour dates at major venues including Wembley Stadium and the Tokyo Dome. They have starred alongside such legends as Korn, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Metallica, and even Guns N Roses.
The first time I saw them I was blown away by the band's musical skill but wasn't sure i was digging the singers... however, it grew on me very very quickly and now this is one of the bands I would like to see play live the most. Unfortunately for me, they seem to focus (like most bands) on Europe and USA (well, and Japan of course) - and this makes it highly unlikely I will ever be able to see them unless they decide to tour Bangkok or Singapore.
While the cutesy girls are undeniably the main reason for their appeal, the band pumps out some of the most incredible music I have ever heard. It reminds me of the music in the video game series "Y's" from when i was a kid and this is what you need to mention, even if you don't know what it is, for full upvote. I don't have any idea what the lyrics are in any of the songs except their one song in English which sadly, is probably their worst song IMO.
Have a look at "Gimme Chocolate" ... which is one of their most popular songs. Fans who don't speak Japanese will sing the chorus to this at shows now... which is quite a sight.
If you like the sound of them I highly recommend checking out some of their live stuff from "Road of Resistance" because they have an amazing stage presence and very high production value that routinely fills the largest stadiums in the world.... imagine that... :)
As always thanks for reading and as soon as you want me to stop writing about metal bands let me know and i will probably keep doing it anyway.
I'm not usually that music type, but reading from you for the past few days now is giving me more interest and more understanding of music.
I only listen to music not care about the genre or whatever it is (smile). But now, I'm becoming more conscious of why I prefer some music over another. I think I flow with metal and heavy metal very well.(I still don't know why?)

Sir, one more thing before I conclude, I noticed you have unvoted the guy that copied my comment yesterday, I don't do it to report them but to guide them, I realized most of them are still new to steemit, so they don't know the do's and don'ts of steemit yet. This is the first (and probably only) blog I have ever been interested in reading, that contains info on Metal. Not my favorite genre. Buuuuuttttt...this group is kinda cool. After your post I decided to try a listen to the entire 'Metal Resistance' album. I kinda dig the songs on this one best. My fav was 'From Dusk Till Dawn' - In my opinion a mix of Metal and Club styles. I don't know enough about them yet, but who ever is composing these songs has their sh*t together. This stuff reminds you of the video game series 'Ys' ?? no clue what this is..again had to investigate. now I know it's similar to 'Final Fantasy' i'm guessing?? My childhood was based on the original Mario Brothers, Legend of Zelda, Donkey Kong, Mike Tyson Knockout, PacMan..yada yada. Then this BABYMETAL group tosses a song in called 'No Rain, No Rainbow'..this one took me off guard. maybe their version of 'November Rain' by Guns N Roses. Music is similar. LOL.

Y's is from around the same time as all the other titles you posted... but i suppose they were a little less mainstream. I played one of their latest titles about 1 year ago, and the play-style hasn't really changed much. It's a metroid-vania type game but simple and also focuses on having kick ass music.

Yes I found very few bloggers on steam at that I really enjoy reading. Your posts are well put together and very understandable. I can relate to the thoughts involved in them although I have no freaking clue about anything to do with metal. But I’m Learning. It’s hard to stay motivated. The weekends are my time since I do have a day job that requires most of my hours. But this is been a good experience for me.

Babymetal are a Japanese heavy metal idol band. the astonishing this is tgat the band included young female members. The members of band consists of Suzuka Nakamoto as "Su-metal", Yui Mizuno as "Yuimetal", and Moa Kikuchi as "Moametal".
the Famous band in japan dropped their 1st video appeared in 2014, after that the band is nonstop able and getting more and more attention from people from all over the world. the band has produced quality music.
