I also prefer the black and white. I wonder if you could lighten the small dark patch near the center. Can you shoot raw with this camera? That usually affords the best post-processing, at the expense of eating up SD cards.
I think I prefer the color one. The black and white does have a lot of depth, but I still like the color one. The sepia one does have the look of a really old photograph faded with time, so I guess something in all three versions work.
Now the scene reminds me of the Grand Canyon sort of, looks like that would be an interesting place to explore, especially some of the nooks and crannies.
Having colour photography around for so long we tend to expect colour. B&W did hold a lot more detail, sepia was a flash back mix between old and new, interesting using same frame in different filters.
Being out enjoying nooks and crannies is where the fun lies, sandstone cliffs always great backdrop to use in photography, thanks for visiting @bashadow
I seem to agree with the others here Lady Joan, that first shot in monochrome is striking. Maybe it's because I am used to the color ones, but black and white lends a certain character to it.
Blessings!

Sadly this little camera does not offer raw facility, I did not retouch or edit at all prior posting, resized for ease of uploading only.
Using GIMP or Photoshop you could lighten areas, or perhaps reset contrast slightly have not looked into that but will keep it in mind.
Thanks for visiting @toddrjohnson
That’s a nice capture for a black & white test.
Im also thought of getting a go pro for underwater shots.
Very meaningful thought of the day
Under water equipment must be ultimate, peacefully gliding by enjoying the deep. Hope you get to enjoy your dream of underwater photography.

Also normally only shoot in colour, black and white gives a totally different feel Stephen.
I like the B&W, the image more stand out with the contrast.
Definitely gives more detail in photo, thanks for comment and vote @joelai
My pleasure @joanstewart!
B and W ones look like out from this world
Has been fun, great to find out who enjoys B&W photography @psyceratopsb
I prefer the black & white. I love the contrast and the details that are shown much better.
Final size of photo in B&W is almost one third bigger, another sign as to how much more the camera takes more detail in @ikarus56
Beautiful scenery!
Thanks @fullcoverbetting
I always love monochrome Mondays.
